APPROACH

HOW WE GROW
Relationship, Discipleship, Devotion, Explained.
Our approach to real relationship is what guides you in your spiritual growth. It is a learning process that allows you to become a disciple. It allows you to grow in your devotion to God and become more connected with other believers. Consistently Learning about God, Living Like Jesus, Leading For Others, and Giving Of Yourself is what fills Heaven.
These four action steps are built on biblical principles, and with consistency they produce greater relationships, better disciples, and deeper devotion.
LEARN ALL YOU CAN: Learning Begins With Knowing
Heart Knowledge > Head Knowledge
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. – John 17:3
LIVE AS AN EXAMPLE: Show Me Don’t Tell Me
Actions > Words
You are always dearly loved by God! So robe yourself with virtues of God, since you have been divinely chosen to be holy. Be merciful as you endeavor to understand others, and be compassionate, showing kindness toward all. Be gentle and humble, unoffendable in your patience with others. Tolerate the weaknesses of those in the family of faith, forgiving one another in the same way you have been graciously forgiven by Jesus Christ. If you find fault with someone, release this same gift of forgiveness to them that you have received. For love is supreme and is a true mark of maturity. – Colossians 3:12-14
LEAD THE WAY: Invite And Bring Others On The Same Journey You’re On.
Personal Relationship > Routines & Rules
Now let me remind you, brothers, of what the Gospel really is, for it hasn’t changed it is still the same Good News that has been preached before. You welcomed it then and still do now, for your faith is squarely built upon this wonderful message; and it is this Good News that saves you if you firmly believe it. I have passed on to you right from the start what had been shared with me. – 1 Corinthians 15:1-3
GIVE FROM YOUR HEART: Our Treasure Is People
Giving From Your Heart > Giving From Abundance
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. – Matthew 6:19-21
